Why dive in Tobago?
Tobago being located north of the Orinoco Delta, the second largest river in South America, its waters are rich in nutrients which attract a dense and varied fauna . Dives are often drift dives and Tobago offers sites accessible to all levels of divers.
The less experienced will have the joy of diving on superb shallow reefs and the more experienced will be able to discover deeper and/or more lively sites in the hope of meeting a beautiful Manta on the Speyside side (although there are fewer eels than a few years ago) or even photograph one of the many hammerhead sharks that frequent "The Sisters" from December to March.
Underwater photography enthusiasts will be in heaven, as the 4 species of angelfish recorded in the Caribbean regularly frequent Tobagonian waters.
In total, there are more than 60 sites available to you in Tobago!
