A 100% Yoga cruise!
On this cruise in the Los Roques archipelago, we will have the pleasure of practicing our discipline in the heart of nature; on deserted beaches, to the sound of the gentle surf of Los Roques, as often and as long as we wish.
Specific workshops will be organized by Valérie and everyone will have the opportunity to propose working on certain postures chosen according to the environment.
The participants accommodated on the Océanis will be a maximum of 6 and the complete group will not exceed 10 people. (accommodated on 2 boats sailing together)
A different anchorage every evening, it's the guarantee of waking up every morning to very exotic sun salutations!
